Below is a list of recent AdSense known issues and possible work-arounds. Please know that we are working as quickly as
possible to resolve these issues and appreciate your patience.
Current Known Issues
Since last payment drop-down incorrect
Details: Publishers who have switched to local currency reports and who have gone through the balance transfer process will notice that the 'Since last payment' dropdown on the Reports Overview page is displaying incorrect amounts. The earnings amounts displayed will not include the amount of the balance transfer. However, this is only a display issue, and hasn't affected publisher earnings or payments. Once a publisher has been sent their first payment after going through the balance transfer process, the 'Since last payment' dropdown will display the correct amount.
Workaround: To view your unpaid earnings since your last payment, add the balance at the end of last month (found on your Payment History page) to your earnings from the current month. You can calculate your earnings from the current month by running a 'this month' report in the 'Advanced Reports' section of your account.
For instance, to calculate your unpaid balance as of July 20, you'd add the 'Balance at end of June' amount listed on your Payment History page to your July earnings accrued between July 1 and July 20. In this example, the 'Balance at end of June' amount would represent the total unpaid earnings in your account up to June 30th, but wouldn't include your July earnings since the month had not yet ended.
EFT duplicate error message
Details: When setting up an EFT account, the following error appears, even if no bank account information has been previously entered: "Duplicate account information. You have already submitted this account."
Workaround: Please check to ensure that you haven't previously entered your bank account information. If this is the first time you've entered this information, we ask that you temporarily select a check option for your form of payment. We're working on a solution and will have more information soon.
Resolved Known Issues
Western Union payment details now available for September
Details: Publishers who have been issued a payment via Western Union in September 2009 are now able to view payment details in their accounts. Please visit your Payment History page to view this information.
